We are scouting for a Marketing Manager for a small unit of an bigger US organization. Candidate from Digital marketing and SEO background are preferred. Will manage a small team of Telemarketing and Lead management people.   Position Title: Marketing Manager - India   Position Summary   The Country Marketing Manager for India is responsible for the development and execution of a robust marketing plan that generates the volume and quality of sales-ready leads required to achieve the company's overall objectives for regional growth. The Manager will build, directly manage, and develop the Telemarketing and Inside Sales team charged with lead generation, qualification, nurturing, and closure of opportunities. The Manager will build and execute a diverse portfolio of outbound campaigns targeting both new and existing customers. This role will own the day-to-day performance evaluation and optimization of all marketing lead sources (website, paid search, telemarketing, Inside Sales, service, email, shows, events) and all stages of the sales funnel. The Manager will work in close partnership with the country general manager, sales leads, global marketing team, and other regional managers to identify, prioritize, and close gaps in performance and proactively exploit new growth opportunities as they arise.   Key Responsibilities   Lead Generation   - Achieve lead generation (volume and quality) targets to deliver revenue growth   - Lead cross-functional daily management to measure and optimize performance of all marketing lead sources   Track leads from creation to customer order with full visibility of status   Actively manage funnel size, velocity, average sale price, close rate   Drive cross-functional engagement with sales and service teams and the global marketing team to identify issues, define root causes, and implement countermeasures in a timely manner   - Manage analysis and reporting of marketing program performance vs. KPIs   Conduct the routine and ad hoc analyses required to gauge overall performance of marketing programs, as well as the performance of individual lead sources and campaigns   Proactively share results with country general manager, sales partners, and the global marketing team to drive continuous improvement and expansion of best practices   Annual Marketing Planning   - Partner with Global Marketing team to build annual India marketing plan   Determine key verticals and other business priorities as inputs to Plan   Define appropriate marketing mix and specific targets for database expansion, lead generation and revenue   Build a full, calendarized set of customer campaigns and other activities to achieve objectives   Liaise with India sales, dealers, and other partners to validate marketing plans through the incorporation of Voice of Sales and Voice of Customer   - Execute Marketing Plan   Build and execute local country campaigns, following global approach, standards, and brand guidelines   Build and manage a team of Telemarketing and Inside Sales resources, defining and tracking individual and team performance objectives, providing call lists and scripts, and driving call/sales productivity   Partner with Service leader to drive growth in Service leads, providing tracking and process for rewards   Track and monitor marketing spend vs plan and provide updated forecasts each month   Market Visibility   - Develop and evolve a view of total market size for the region and major countries, by priority vertical   - Create exhaustive database of addressable market for the region, leveraging both internal and external sources of data   - Aggressively drive to complete each customer/prospect profile to maximize opportunities for data-driven, relevant marketing   - Manage a data maintenance process to improve and refresh the database   Relationship Management   - Key member of country leadership team   Peer of other direct reports to Country General Manager   Participate in monthly operations reviews   - Key partner to Global Marketing team   Contribute to annual global marketing planning process   Inform definition of campaign priorities and content   Provide input to digital and social media campaign strategies (targeting, content, etc), and supply target sites/groups as needed   Support product launch initiatives by building awareness and engagement of local sales, service, and support teams   Support local exhibitions and trade shows   Lead localization of marketing materials and tools   - Manager of India telemarketing and Inside Sales resources   Recruit, build and top grade as necessary   Establish and evolve team structure and incentives to align with marketing priorities and established best practices (e.g. new customer acquisition, nurturing)   Drive day-to-day execution of campaigns and achievement of performance KPIs (as individuals, and as teams)   Professionally develop the team with proper development plans, assignments and objectives   Required Experience and Skills   - Experience in successfully managing marketing in a direct B2B market   - Demonstrated success in managing lead generation programs using a metric-driven approach and a mindset of continuous improvement   - Proven ability to create successful content and campaign materials beyond product collaterals   - General understanding of digital marketing (PPC, SEO, email, social) fundamentals   - Excellent inter personnel and collaboration skills.
