Job Description   About the role:   The person who is go getter, proactively reach out to market,effectively communicate with consumers and engage through various communication channels and plan execute campaigns  - Consumer Research & Product Development: Develop a good understanding of the market and the consumer to define/ improve on product offerings set right communication, and develop a structured approach to acquire/ re target repeat customers.   - Community engagement: Be the brand ambassador for company - Conceptualize, organize and Involve - Effectively reach out to potential customers and build a loyal, active and a healthy community of customers across online and offline platforms!   - Conceptualize & Execute Campaigns: Actively engage with potential and current customers through various interaction media (online + offline) by launching campaigns maximizing ROI and effectiveness.   - Campaign analysis: Defining metrics for evaluation of campaigns, work closely with Business Analyst and monitor the progress of campaigns.   - Budgeting: Work closely with top management team on Marketing budget - Planning, delivery and evaluation   - Coordination: Agencies and Partner coordination, interact with sales and marketing team.   - On ground execution with Agencies/ Vendors/ Partners: Print & other vendors, Activation agencies, Media Agency (Radio), Corporate & Event Partners.   - Team Coordination to get things done in time: Work closely with the sales team to chalk go to market strategy in sync with the sales targets, coordination with central marketing team   Candidate background required (Education & Experience):   MBA with 2-4 years of specialization in marketing but an open minded, out of the box thinker, team player and a fast self-learner by person type!   BE+MBA(Marketing) from reputed colleges, preferably IIT + IIM   The candidate should be analytically very good as he will work on data(consumer data).  Should keep a track of all the corporate events happening in the city & accordingly conduct marketing activities by becoming travel partners for such events.  Should be responsible for SEO & SEM (Online Marketing).  Should keep a track that all types of promotional SMS's & E-Mails are shared with the candidates on time.
