Marketing Manager - Healthcare (1-6 yrs)

One of our first US healthcare Client, who is launching a new hospitals in NCR region, is looking for Marketing Manager in Healthcare domain.

Ideal candidate should be one who can Manage the whole range of the organization products portfolio by working with the Senior Sales and Marketing management teams to establish and support product portfolio strategies, business plans and key initiatives. Indian Market expansion strategies to drive SKU penetration across the Indian Markets. Assures compliance of company operations to all applicable laws, regulations and standards, good business practices and company documented procedures (including, but not limited to FDA or other regulatory body, Quality Systems Regulations, NABH, ISO, government, occupational health and environmental regulations and statutes). Provides inputs to prepare budgets and monitors activities that impact budgets.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Adheres to the general hospital standards to promote a cooperative work environment by utilizing communication skills, interpersonal relationships and team building.

- Following hospital policies and procedures.

- Managing PR and campaigns activities and other marketing agencies .

- Network effectively across the business, using good influencing and stake holder management skills to resolve problems and exploit opportunities.

- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business, an effective persuader who clearly articulates the way forward and is able to win hearts and minds by demonstrating a clear understanding of the business issue / opportunity. The willingness to challenge others while considering their viewpoint and adapting their style to truly bring people with them.

- Understanding of Hospital’s business objectives and priorities

- Ability to persistently pursue and achieve results. To look for continuous improvements and embrace change to drive the business forward. Uses data and analytics to proactively monitor, review and improve customer service levels; drives root cause analysis to ensure permanent solutions.

- Proven ability to successfully manage a multitude of high priority tasks simultaneously.

- Ability to make good judgments in an increasingly complex global business by effectively sourcing and analysing critical information and making effective, timely decisions; taking into account the needs and impacts on business stakeholders. Work closely with other areas of the business to develop a clear understanding of the implications their decisions have both in the short and long term.

- Understanding and application of commercial and operations management to identify solutions to market opportunities. Support business objectives through the effective implementation of strategies to improve financial performance in the short and long term.
