We have an urgent requirement for the position of Marketing Manager/Head Marketing with one the leading Food Retail MNC company.  Job Responsibilities:  - Responsible for the Sales and Profitability of the “ Most Trusted Food Service Brand” in India,Value 450 Cr, growing at 30% CAGR   - Development of Annual Marketing Strategy.  - Develop and Execute a strong ATL and BTL calendar to bring alive annual strategy and meet defined marketing objectives.  - Develop the brand communication plan and coordinate with advertising agency to design and execute impactful campaigns.  - Supervise Regional LSM (Local store marketing) programmes including planning, designing, and monitoring implementation.  - Track brand health scores and Usage and Attitude study gauging changes in consumer preference, relevance of propositions and emerging trends and needs.  - Coordination with Research agencies for all key research required for identifying new product/bundling ideas, short listing potential ideas on key parameters and determining optimal pricing through qualitative and quantitative research.  - Coordinate with Media agency to deliver impactful ATL/BTL campaigns to ensure defined business results
