Desired Candidate profile:
1.Male/Female , age between 36 - 46 years.
2.Master Degree from well known university, in Marketing, Business or related fields.
3.Working experience at least 10 years in managerial level at marketing function, FMCG is preferred.
4.Excellent verbal and written communication.
5.High responsibility, proactive, strong teamwork skills, initiative, energetic, analysis thinking and able to work under pressure and uncertain situation.
6.Computer literate in MS office and others.
Responsible to General Manager.
7.Formulating category strategies aligned with company strategies.
8.Developing category goals in terms of financial measurements (especially profitability), share, advertising parameters
9.Directing annual marketing plan (include communication plan, branding plan, and consumers promotion)
10.Developing and coordinating new brand in new segment or new category.
11.Directing the annual marketing communication and creative plan of brands.
12.Coordinating supply chain critical issues from supplier to end consumers (supplier, R&D, production, warehouse, distributor, outlet, consumers).
13.Managing partnership with agency and other related third party (suppliers of marketing needs, design house, production house, promotions, distributors, etc).
14.Monitoring and understanding market and consumer changes by utilizing all available tools (consumer research, trade research / AC Nielsen data, secondary research, journals) and observations to the market.
15.Identifying opportunities, issues and address them
16.Understanding recent macro economics and industry trends that will affect the business that related to category.
17.Directing and control the implementation of category marketing plan to obtain optimum efficiency, economy of operation, and maximize profit based on approved budget.
