Job Purpose :  Strategize and implement the brand and communication road map for a leading internet brand in order to boost leadership in priority markets. It encompasses consumer research, brand communication and social media marketing.  Key Responsibility Areas :  - Work with digital and creative agencies towards developing and executing brand communication, also manage social presence of the brand across various handles. Ensure consistency in all Marketing Communication.  - Monitor consumer touch points and create communication in line with the overall brand thought/positioning. Refresh communication as and when needed.  - Monitor & track brand health, conduct research, cull out information which is relevant and act as a support to business.  - Work closely with the Sales & Product Teams, execute marketing promotions to meet business objectives.  - Monitor impact of each campaign/project on key site metrics and report to stakeholders, on a regular basis.  Team Management : Individual contributor role.  KPIs (Measurable parameters of the role) :  - Brand impact, awareness and uplift with consumers   - Effectiveness of specific brand campaigns  - Lead Generation   Requirements :  - PDGBM / MBA (Marketing) from a premier B-School   - 2 to 3 years of experience in Marketing/Brand etc.  - Strong points to be consumer understanding and brand communication.   - Prior exposure to research and media planning will be a plus.  - Should have good analytical and data skills.  - Should be a self-starter, with out of the box and strategic thinking ability  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.   - Good interpersonal skills and a good team player  Competencies required to do this job well :  - Collaboration & Team Work  - People Leadership  - Focus on Results  - Customer Focus  - Execution Excellence  - Effective Communication  - Entrepreneurial Orientation  - Innovation and Openness to Learning
