Marketing Manager (10-15 yrs)
Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Pune
- 10-15 years of progressively more responsible positions in marketing, preferably in a similar industry
- Experience supervising and managing a team
- Overall marketing strategy and execution of plans for the existing services.
- Managing launch campaigns for new markets
- Ensuring effective, branded marketing communications including the company website, digital marketing, marketing collateral, events and advertising.
- Analysis of the effectiveness of all marketing efforts and tracking marketing ROI
- Creating and developing content of internal and external news letters, sales brochures, corporate collaterals, website and other online mediums
- Implementing the health review, strategy and planning session for all Major Accounts in the organisation
- Developing the events strategy and programme for the organization and media management and brand enhancement through various corporate engagement programs
- Managing partner alliances and providing marketing support to all business alliance partners, Managing Analyst Relations
- Corporate Communication, Industry Relations, Analyst Relations, and other strategic initiatives for the organization
- Strong effective communicator
- Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills - ability to coordinate the efforts of a large team of diverse creative and functional experts
- Expert in Internet and social media strategy with a demonstrated track record
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, content management software, print/ design software, website development, market research, product packaging and creative services
