Marketing Lead - Internet/Online (8-13 yrs)

Silverpeople is retained to hire a Marketing lead to play a key role in one of the international consumer electronics companies, recently entering India. Our client, more than USD 5 Bn in revenue, is planning to quickly expand its operations in next few months. They want a Marketing lead for India operations, who will be responsible for all online marketing initiatives, with an emphasis on creating new marketing initiatives, increasing the customer base, and communicating with hundreds of thousands of active users.

Position: Marketing lead

Reporting to: India Head

Qualification: MBA ( preference for tier 1 college )

Experience: At least 10 years of experience in brand building in the digital industry with exposure to B2C marketing & Product management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Head the entire online and digital marketing function Own brand Management

- Focus on customer segmentation and targeting

- Manage mobile and web marketing

- Strategize and implement blogger outreach programs

- Build and manage the online community by crafting and running effective online campaigns

- Ensure effective online reputation management

- Develop strategic and tactical marketing plans

- Develop brand platform and positioning

- Lead market research; develop in-depth understanding of Xiaomi customers

- Formulate, evaluate and negotiate strong marketing partnerships

- Work closely with the Product Development team.
