Marketing Lead - Healthcare Clinics

Team: 2 people

Scope: manage entire marketing portfolio for their 58 clinics across India.

We're looking a Marketing Lead who spearheads the marketing division of the Company. You will report to the Director and will be responsible for :

- Devising and implementing the communication and marketing mix as per brand strategy - including campaigns, events, advertisement, digital & social marketing, and PR.

- Working closely with sales and business teams to enable them to meet their commercial objectives with the right tools, materials, promotional plans and marketing interventions

- Developing and evolving customer relations and engagement program

- Collating and presenting consumer & market insights that impact brand and marketing communication.

- Suggesting ways to evolve the strategy to achieve business objectives.

- Guiding the day to day activities of marketing team

- Work closely with product / services / business teams to create marketing material, collaterals and programs

- Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends

- Assist new product development with relevant market and marketing information

- Undertake relevant assignments for establishing the Brand

- Handle marketing budget of approx 1-3 cr.

Desired Skills :

Ability to quickly identify key issues and develop broad organizational solutions.

Strong oral, written and formal presentation skills with demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple way

Proven experience in managing teams including ability to provide direction, understand resource capability and successfully drive results

Experience:

- 10-15 years of experience

- Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization comfortably.
