Job Description:

Our clients are looking for a highly talented, versatile (i.e. strategic and hands-on) professional to take care of their Marketing function and be part of the core team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the complete marketing strategy.

- Build a strong marketing team with deep understanding of online consumer buying, marketing tools, PR and CRM.

- Build a distinct and preferred positioning for the brand amongst its consumers and merchants

- Cost efficient customer acquisition, and ensuring high volume of daily transactions

- Manage and execute various marketing initiatives like Social Media, Search (SEM & SEO), Display, Network & Affiliate Media, Collaborative & Partner, ATL & BTL, etc.

- Collaborate and provide support to other functional teams to achieve company objectives

- Own all marketing strategy & operations, including:

- building the marketing plan based on consumer & competitive insights

- setting-up base processes & fundamental operations for function

- monitoring marketing plan execution and response thereof

- Leverage data and analytics to deliver strong marketing efficiencies, monitoring and generating consumer insights

- Above all, constantly seeking innovative ways to grow business to the next level, while maintaining close focus on tactical requirements.

Candidate Profile:

- MBA with around 6-8 years of marketing experience. We are open to consider non-MBAs having strong experience in online marketing.

- At least 3 years of hands on digital marketing experience with a deep understanding of – Social Media, Search, Display, Network & Affiliate media, Collaborative & Partner, ATL & BTL, etc.

- Creative and innovative with orientation towards high ROI on marketing investment

- Strong marketing planning, monitoring and analysis skills with process orientation

- Attention to detail and be obsessed with flawless execution

- Ability to comprehend macro business goals and develop relevant processes

- Strong analytical abilities and good interpersonal skills

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to think on one’s feet
