About our Client - Our client is one of the leading global pharmaceutical company with an employee strength of more than 30, 000. They are looking for a Head – Marketing for their Fertility Business Unit to be based in Mumbai

Job Description - Reporting to the Business Unit Head, you would have 5 reportees and your responsibilities will include the following – Build a robust experiential marketing program and strategize activities to differentiate the brands through effective messages and initiatives.

- Drive business results through market development and sales growth.

- Developing the annual strategic marketing plans keeping in mind the cross functional as well as regional collaboration.

- Work on internal as well as external stake holders Responsible for new product launches as well as life cycle management.

- Provide leadership and management to the marketing function of the business unit.

The Successful Candidate - You are a post graduate from a premier B - School with 8+ years of experience preferably in the Women's healthcare & IVF segment. You have good knowledge of the market legislations and the ability to effectively communicate via various media through large audiences. You have strong communication skills and have demonstrated success in handling the complex situations.
