Candidates should possess good exposure of Product management/VAS etc.
- Strategic Business plans for Prepaid, Postpaid mobility to enhance Product Life Cycle (PLC) and Customer Life Cycle (CLC) to drive functional KRA"s with short time variance management
- develop and launch new and innovative Product and Price plans to maximize Share of mind, trials and eventual market share vis-à-vis competitors in a multi-player, highly consumer-centric market
- Coordination with multi functions/ departments to ensure smooth logistics, establish and achieve defined profitability norms and deliver the best products & VAS services as per market and consumer requirements
- Channel, product, service management and Budgetary control
- Product strategy/ Plan: Continue support product team to increase width & depth of consumption. Help consolidate position in the market through better retail visibility & hygiene check. Create awareness of a previously overlooked benefit
- Media Strategy: Find the most effective cost medium to reach out to a desired no of people with a certain frequency within a stipulated time.
- Customer Connect/ Engagement initiatives: quarterly initiatives aimed at bringing the customer closer to the brand, thereby creating an emotional connect on ground.
- Brand Association: Tie Up with like minded brands at the regional level to establish alternate channels/ mediums to reach out to the audience.
- Marketing intelligence/ Research: Facilitate consumer insights through various research tools on a timely basis, thereby helping gauge the brand characteristics & consumer preferences in the region
