About our Client - Our client is one of the world's largest pharmaceutical MNC with presence across the globe. They have aggressive growth plans for India and are looking to hire their Head of Marketing for one of their largest divisions - Respiratory.

Job Description - Reporting to the Cluster Head, you will be responsible for the entire marketing for the Respiratory portfolio leading the overall market planning activities in alignment with global strategies and guidelines.

- You will be instrumental in driving various branding campaigns in order to target the specific group of target customers with the key objectives to further strengthen the brand equity and drive the brand awareness to assist the business to maximize the revenue stream.

- A lot of marketing activities would involve hospitals engagement and digital marketing. In addition, you will be leading a team of marketing professionals in India to ensure the smooth daily operation.

- You would also be strategically growing the product portfolio in alignment with the vision of the organization.

The Successful Candidate:

- The successful candidate would come with 10+ years of experience with a Pharmaceutical MNC, out of which a strong exposure would be in strategic marketing.

- The incumbent must have exemplary communication and clear concepts of using marketing initiatives and strategy together. Expertise in managing multiple brands is desirable.
