We have an opportunity with our client which is India’s leading property portal & is a fast growing online property classifieds business.  Please find the brief of the role of Marketing Head :  Experience:   - For Marketing Head - minimum of 7 years+ in core online marketing.  - Minimum of 2 years of core, hands-on experience in a complex SEM environment is mandatory.  Location: Noida.  Role description and responsibilities:  This will be a PAN India role and we are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills and hands on experience in ATL / BTL, Brand Startegy, Digital Marketing, Website, SEO/SEM etc  - To support development and rollout of communication.  - To be the brand custodian.   - Ensure consistency as per the defined Visual Identity of the brand  - Dissemination of brand guidelines to the teams.  - Review the initiatives on product communication at all customer touch points  - ATL creative development support for businesses  - Timelines for campaign execution   - Uniform implementation of national -briefing teams, monitoring implementation and compliance through regular reviews and visits.  - Influencing key stakeholders to develop communication in line with brand guidelines  - Exposure to digital marketing , social media ,online marketing, SEO , SEM etc Desired Skills and Experience  Requirements/Preferences:  - PG/MBA from top b-schools will be a plus. Candidates with strong credentials in SEM Marketing in reputed organizations are also encouraged to apply.  - Core marketing concepts and consumer understanding need to be strong.  - Should be data driven and detail oriented   Other important Attributes:  - High degree of curiosity, Passion for excellence  - Above average intellect  - Demonstrated business, communication, and teamwork abilities  - Basic technology orientation.
