Job Description:

a. Designing plans and campaigns to increase Market share.

b. Market penetration and brand building through conceptualizing and implementing sales promotional strategies.

c. Ability to analyze, assess and interpret key market trends and patterns to identify opportunities from a range of information sources to achieve planned market shares in a therapeutic Area.

d. Provide corporate planned direction, motivation and training to the field sales team, monitoring the planned activities ensuring optimum performance.

e. Training, development, deployment, mentoring & periodic performance appraisals of sales team and sales managers to enable smooth execution of Business processes and consistent results.

f. Identifying business opportunities with competitive intelligence and overseeing growth for the company
