Head – Marketing -Intellectual Properties  People worked/working on lifestyle brands related to youth will be preferred  Job role :  - Increase the market value of Intellectual Properties through design and implementation of aggressive marketing plans based on thorough analysis and evaluation of the local markets.  Job description :  - To research analyze and evaluate the competitive market environment.  - Monitor threats and opportunities and amend actions where necessary, to ensure brand/Sales development.  - Develop, manage and implement creative, effective and successful annual marketing plans , along with the chain marketing strategy and annual market plan and budget.  - Marketing plans should include – Advertising, Sales Promotion, Public Relations, Product Development, Loyalty programmes, Digital Marketing and Communication.  - Keep effective control of budgets  - Prepare complete presentations on the advertising/promotional campaign/Plan to the senior Management  - Supervises the monitoring of all marketing campaigns, news related to competitor to keep abreast of any developments to devise action plans accordingly.  - Negotiate with media agents to secure agreements for execution of the campaigns.  - Co-ordinate with the sales and other teams for effective execution of campaigns.  The candidate should ideally be located and willing to work in Mumbai   - Person with minimum graduation degree with some masters will be desirable remuneration will not be a constraint for the right candidate
