Job Description - You will be reporting to the CMO of the company and have the following responsibilities:

- Lead a team of managers to plan and carry out the major marketing initiatives of the company

- Plan the annual marketing budget of the company and monitor the marketing activities

- Act as a catalyst between the client, sales and business unit to improve the brand visibility

- Recruit, train and motivate new executives

The Successful Candidate - You should be a B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics and preferably done an MBA. You should ideally have 10-15 years of experience in the industrial automation industry and have experience in the sales/marketing function. You should have managerial experience of at least 5 years and must have led a team at either the regional/national level. You should possess an analytical bent of mind along with good communication skills.
