About the company:   HR Foods is a dairy company promoted by four young professional entrepreneurs. We started with a dairy farm and are now in process of setting up a 50,000 litres per day dairy processing plant which will make us the second largest dairy company in Jharkhand.   We have built an excellent team which includes experienced dairy professionals from Amul and Sudha (Bihar Govt's dairy brand). Our initial product range will include two variants of Milk,Curd, Lassi and Paneer.   We have raised our first round of equity funding from Mumbai based social impact fund Aavishkaar.   Requirement:   - We are looking to hire a Marketing Head.   - The position is based in Ranchi, Jharkhand.   Experience:   - We are looking to hire someone with atleast 8 years experience in marketing.   - The person should ideally have experience in handling a FMCG brand as a team leader/brand manager.   Key Responsibilities:  1.	To be responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies, creating and positioning brand and determining corporate communication strategy.  2.	Develop an annual marketing plan in conjunction with the sales department. This should detail the year's activity to meet agreed company objectives.  3.	To conduct market research, wherever necessary, in order to identify market requirements for current and future products.  4.	To evaluate the outcome of market research, market conditions, competitor data and implement marketing plan alterations as needed.  5.	To oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional staff activities.  6.	Coordinating with advertising agencies for developing communication plans based on specific Media Objectives  7.	To deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget.  8.	To achieve frequent, timely and positive media coverage across all available media.  9.	To develop attractive product packaging and innovative communication to the market & consumers.  10.	Product launch - plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.  11.	Demand generation - develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for our products.  12.	Working with product development teams to manage new product development.  13.
