Job Description: Marketing Head

Attributes

- Knack for capturing consumer insight to develop or modify concept / proposition through data analysis and research

- Ability to spot opportunities, conceptualise and make business plan

- Can navigate through ambiguity, form hypothesis, test it out and take a firm decision

- Possess Financial acumen to balance long term strategic goal with short term tactical objective

- Can take leadership position with internal stakeholders ( Sales, Operation, Technical) to implement integrated marketing programs

- Ability to derive maximum out of external agencies ( media, creative, research ) through extended partnerships

- Willingness to learn from anyone and humble enough to accept mistakes

Experience

- Various facets of Marketing - Research, NPD / Innovation, Communication, PR

- Brand Turn Around / Category Creation / Brand Creation (at least 2 out of listed 3)

- Have experienced Category / Brand stagnation

- Experience in Service Brands along with some other female categories

Other Requirements

- Present position of Category Head of decent sized brand
