Role Specific :
The role requires the person to be stakeholder responsible for Products, Brand, Marketing Operations and Sales Force .
Responsibilities :
Marketing Strategy :
- The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for defining the marketing strategy for GIIS India Schools by effectively collaborating with the higher management.
Marketing budget :
- Instrumental in developing the annual marketing budget with an eye of detail on optimizing the marketing spend.
- Maintain and report the ROI of marketing campaigns on a regular basis to higher management
Marketing Operations :
- Track, record and measure marketing activities. Derive critical insights from marketing data and implement thereby resulting in greater efficiencies in operations.
- Report marketing activities for review with management on a regular
Design Incentive & Loyalty Programs to keep sales force motivated.
- Create seasonal marketing campaigns & promotions to maximize sale force recruitment, establishing alliances, developing promotional opportunities in print, online & via marketing/media partnerships.
Candidates with 10-15 years experience -with being in leadership role for min 3-4 years.
Exposure in marketing covering Product PR & Marcom and Promotion,Marketing
