MBA from premier institute only.  - Primary custodian of cash deal budgets for all categories and utilizing it effectively to grow our distribution as per aligned growth plans and category objectives.  - Be a key resource in planning, developing and executing customer marketing plans, primarily Power DB, Power Wholesale and EFF incentive plans  - Align with Regional sales teams and Head - MT in forecasting SKU wise plans for the month, quarter and for the year.  - Partner with Shopper activation planning manager for sales and spends planning resulting in quarterly trade spends strategy  - Be the single point of contact for product supply teams for ensuring forecast efficiencies are adhered to.  - Ensure that regions are well supported with effective trade spends program while ensuring that overall spends are within budget.  - Align and work closely with Nielsen to arrive at geography/channel specific insights and aid in development of programs aimed at attaining the desired ROI for each of those opportunities.  - Forecast budgeted spends and align commercial teams in HO for planning provisions
