Overall purpose of job

The Brand Executive is responsible for efficient/effective development & deployment of all Marketing initiatives to help the business achieve specific growth objectives. The role requires from the holder to help team develop and deploy market strategy for all brands, and implement S/he is responsible for the overall performance of the brand.

Main activities/tasks

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for :

- Support & deliver on all Micro Marketing initiatives on the brand

- Brand building, liaising with agencies, production of in – house promotional materials and Publications, preparing press releases, organizing promotional activities.

- Preparation of quarterly promotional strategy-input finalization and input Implementation plan.

- Ensure 100% OTIF delivery of Networks – regarding product & packaging development.

- MIS generation and supporting Marketing on all day-to-day basis.

- Brand Sales analysis and follow up for strategy implementation.

- Keep up to date with market trends and new developments utilizing information for business Improvement

- Accountability for Brand’s performance & working closely with sales team

- Formulating and implementing trade/marketing strategies.

- Ensuring efficient & effective implementation of all Trade promotional plans.

- Managing advertising and promotion funds

- Providing market analysis information pertaining to competitors, trends and activities

- Product Development- Feasibility study and product launches

Education, qualifications, special training, experience and skills

- MBA in Sales / Marketing - Preferably 2-3 Years’ experience demonstrating outstanding marketing skills and potential in his functional domain (Sales / Marketing) within an FMCG environment or Creative /Media agencies.

- Basic knowledge of the sales process & commercial awareness.

- Creative and able to work independently

- Good communication skills

- Self-motivated

- Coordination and planning of budgets, people and time management

- Recognize problems reacting quickly and effectively to resolve them
