Marketing & Communications Specialist - French Cookware Brand (3-6 yrs)

As the Marketing & Communications Specialist,your key responsibilities will be to:
- Contribute to the strategic development of the e-commerce channel and web store of the brand in India
- Under the direction and guidance of the Commercial Manager, assist in the development and implementation of a full strategy for pricing, promotion and packaging of products across all product categories and business channels in line with company objectives
- Develop and deliver the PR strategy for the brand in India and core product categories in line with business objectives to maximize brand awareness and consumer penetration
- Develop and assist the complete process of the Indian e-commerce start up
- Manager customer relationships
- Develop and deliver the strategy and activity for designated category brands in line with Company objectives and current communication strategy in order to maximize market share and profitability
Candidate Profile :
- Excellent command of written English and strong communication skills
- Relevant experience of marketing, brand and product management, PR and communications for a premium brand
- Must have knowledge of the blogging community that is relevant to the organization's field
- Knowledge in Photoshop and HTML skills, with the ability to design, create newsletters will be preferred.
- Experience of managing an online store using an E-Commerce platform - Magento or equivalent will be preferred
- Experience of uploading web content via a CMS system will be preferred
- Must have SEO knowledge and understanding and optimizing for natural search, as well as PPC
- An understanding of web analytics, customer databases and CRM.
- An active interest in current thinking on digital marketing and best practice.
- Creative and imaginative with a keen eye for detail.
- Passionate about getting the job done efficiently and quickly without compromising on quality.
- Confident and outgoing personality
- Well organized and self-motivated
- Computer proficient with Microsoft Office
