Manager MARCOM / Marketing Communication with an Auto Giant

The current opportunity is with one of the most well known Global Automobile Giants.

We are looking for someone to Head the Marketing Communication for the New Product Range to be launched.

The incumbent would be responsible for development of Communication and Media Planning Strategy for the new product line/ SBU of the company .

Specific responsibilities include:

- Identifying the target audience for a particular media campaign and deciding how best to communicate to that audience;

- Analyzing industry research figures, including distribution figures (newspapers and magazines) and audience figures (TV and radio);

- Creating buying strategies post analysis

- Creating national & regional advertising campaigns,

- Performing media analysis and communication research,

- Monitoring competition share and ad-tracking.

- Organizing and participating in Brand Showcases and Auto Shows.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, dealerships & external agencies.

- Conducting nationwide BTL and promotional activities like road-shows, product launches, customer engagement programs and CRM activities in co-ordination with the dealer network.

- Managing creative agencies/ vendors in conceptualizing, designing, and distribution of all print collateral.

- Optimizing and monitoring departmental media & marketing budgets

- Developing new marketing plans to implement projects effectively, while maximizing returns.

Candidate Profile:

- 5-6 years of post qualification experience in Auto Companies or Agencies handling marketing communication, media planning, buying. Understanding the Auto Industry dynamics is essential.
