Job Description:
- P&L responsibility for the category
- Developed marketing campaign strategy and executed working closely with IT, buying team and channel marketing.
- Responsible for all campaigns online and offline related to category
- Responsible for all campaigns online across Facebook, Google display, SEM, SEO, Affiliates & Email .
- Responsible for category PR (Public Relations) and offline events. Responsible for shop presentation, content, product images and banners approvals
- Responsible for top brands relationship management, ensuring a strong pipeline of marketing collaterals from the brands and executing campaigns with the brands
- Launched exclusive Shop in Shops for key brands
- Led weekly category meeting to review sales, effectiveness of key campaigns, buying recommendations for the week, and get alignment on the key steps for the week with Buying team.
- Ensured the category is richer in inventory, brands and assortment compared to competition
