Exp - 1-4 years (Batch 2007 to 2010 can apply)
Salary - Upto 15 lakhs fixed per annum (negotiable)
This position reports to Head – Consumer Bank through – VP Interactive Channel

Job Details :
The role will have following key delivery areas –
1. Understanding the customer channel preferences for new medium
2. Developing the online / Mobile tools
3. Bench marking for the best practise in online world and work with vendors to implement the same tools & functionality for Kotak
4. Touch point optimisation on the Interactive channel
5. Social media strategy & building community on the web
This will entail –
- Primary / Secondary research on the TG channels habits
- Looking at trends in internet and mobile across the globe which can be introduced in India.
- Bench marking the best practise, Tools , Functionality for the new channels and then exploring the vendors available in that space.
- Working out the specs and then convert the same into the RSD for its development
- Testing of application & its usability for wider acceptance of consumer

- Very good with customer understanding and converting consumer-speak into business propositions
- People interaction skills, and capability of carrying along varying stakeholders
- Clear and structured professional approach
- Effective planning, multitasking and delivering on timelines
- Comfortable with data, and structuring data to draw inferences
- Technical understanding of online medium
- Ability to think on the job, and come up with out of the box solutions in the face of roadblocks
- Exposure to website development tools, Integration with various 3 party solutions, web analytics
- Exposure to Mobile technology
- Preferably Marketing driven consumer products/services industry i.e Telecom, airline, credit/debit cards, life insurance , liability/banking, internet , FMCG industry exposure
