Marketing Analytics/Automation Specialist (2-5 yrs)
The India marketing team at Thoughtworks is looking for a data driven, digital marketeer to join the team.
This is a newly created position and will play a critical role in taking our marketing capabilities to the next level. This person will have a key role to play in influencing marketing strategies at a global level and evangelise data driven techniques in marketing.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Actively solicit inputs from key stakeholders regarding new Demand Generation and campaign plan requirements
- Manage lead generation campaign activities throughout the full lifecycle from strategic planning, to execution, to reporting on effectiveness.
- Exhibit a deep understanding of email marketing (list building & management, segmentation, data governance, frequency, content).
- Define, measure and report key performance indicators and metrics for marketing programs.
- Manage the sales and marketing lead process and productivity initiatives - must be familiar with SFDC lead management process
- Develop nurture programs to manage pipeline opportunities in support of business goals.
- Demonstrate the proven capability to measure, analyze, and communicate ROI of marketing campaigns
- Provide expertise and guidance about marketing automation to global marketing team members and ensure quality in all regional campaigns
- Help implement and manage ThoughtWorks’ marketing campaigns, with focus on automation strategies.
- Work with marketing and sales leads to develop ongoing marketing automation programs that optimise data integrity.
- Good understanding and experience of social media channels and able to design strategies to augment the overall demand and supply strategy
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 4-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, campaign strategy & execution in the Technology sector
- Hands-on experience in tactical marketing analytics (such as marketing mix campaign performance analysis, ROI) and consumer-oriented marketing analysis (segmentations, user survey, storytelling about consumers, brand positioning, etc.)
- PG Degree in Marketing preferred
- Able to demonstrate lead generation skills via digital campaigns and events, project management, and budget management.
- Experience with marketing automation platform systems and familiarity with sales-stage nurture tactics (1+ year of experience using Marketo mandatory)
- Salesforce.com certified administrator an advantage
- Previous experience with HTML email, viral programs, and working with telesales/telemarketing teams is beneficial.
- Data visualization experience with tools such as SAS, SQL or Tableau is preferred
- Excellent writing, proof-reading, copy-writing, and editing skills required.
- Skilled at condensing analysis into actionable insights to inform business decisions within marketing, and influence / transform business performance
