Market Planning & Strategy - Real Estate/Infra (6-10 yrs)

We are looking for a candidate for Market planning & Strategy for a leading chain of restaurants to be based at Gurgaon.

This role would involve doing demographic analysis and feasibility analysis. For further details please go through the below mentioned description about the profile.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

1) Support growth of the business by continuing to drive thinking on penetration & ownership on Concepts/brand

2) Lead the entire process of market planning & identification of opportunities for rest business growth

3) Provide central support to BD teams nationally analytics, insights, MIS.

4) Lead/support the alliances/tie-ups for properties on national basic.

JOB SIZE:

- Annually update and align with stakeholders of Company ownership and penetration strategy and test/establishing different corporate franchisee and equity Company model

- Support production of regular sales vs. hurdle analysis and reporting including:

- Collate and update builds target vs. forecast, new city entry etc.

- Monthly Brand Day deck & LT meeting decks

- Cluster wise builds performance/analysis of hit rates along with finance.

- Support the Investment committee meeting and discussions

- Lead the entire process of market planning & identification of opportunities

- Work closely with market manager & cluster heads to refresh market potential data and track new emerging areas

- Update Market Data (Demographics, Competition, other retail activity etc)

- Develop & Deliver Trade area maps and update Market potential based on trade area scoring

- Interact with 3rd party vendors to create market mapping/ street sweeps.

- Mapping new city entry opportunity through indicators of potential (entry of organized retail/lifestyle indicators)

- Lead/support the alliances/tie-ups for properties on national basis

- Create further appropriate tools, reports and processes to drive improved analysis and planning processes

- Other duties as required by Director Business Development, and CDO.
