- Develops business plans, strategies, objectives and cross-functional tactics to maximize the short and long term potential of vascular business in the target geography.
- Facilitates implementation of business plans and marketing strategies in the region to increase market penetration or Therapy Awareness where appropriate.
- Lead market development efforts to improve understanding of barriers and identify opportunities to grow Medtronic
- Creating Strategies to leverage upon the opportunities to improve patient flow and development of new customers
- Identification of Training Needs of Customers and plan for Programs that will improve the skills for interventional cardiologists
- Track and analyze secondary data on a monthly basis
- Ensuring that Current Sales team, new recruits and channel partner staff are well trained and certified on product knowledge
- Jointly work with Sales team for implementation of Marketing campaigns and assessing gaps in technical skills
- Draft quarterly Communication Plan, discuss marketing initiatives with team, plan new product launches
EDUCATION- MBBS & MBA from Tier1/2 B Schools
