Market/Business Research - Secondary Databases - Investment Bank

Leading KPO and fortune 500 company in Chennai offers Research Analyst and Senior Research Analyst Roles for the following Job Role:

To support investment banking clients for critical company profiles, through in-depth secondary research and company profiling with SWOT Analysis

Tasks: Tasks include but not limited to:

- Collecting financial data using on-line and other data sources

- Extensive report-writing including company profiles, earning notes, quarterly updates, newsletters, flash notes, etc

- Creating and updating trading comps

Essential Qualifications: Post - graduates in Finance / MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification

Technical Qualifications / Experience:

- Technical know-how in MS Office Suite. Should know advanced level of Excel and PowerPoint

- Good exposure to internet

- Strong accounting and financial skills

- Working knowledge of database like Factiva/ Lexis Nexis/ NewsEdge, Bloomberg, CapitalIQ, DataStream, Thomson Reuters etc

Communication skills: Excellent written and spoken communication skills

Work Location: Chennai

Work Timings: Rotational Shifts which change on a monthly basis in the following timings:

1. 5.30 AM to 1.30 PM
2. 1.30 PM to 9.30 PM
3. 9.30 PM to 5.30 PM
