Manufacturing Head - Automotive (18-25 yrs)
The position is for a Automotive company which is manufacturing of wide range of high quality intricate aluminium cast automotive components.
Position- Head Manufacturing
Reporting To- Head - Operations Management and Strategy
Looking for a B.E/B.Tech degree in mechanical/automobile engineering from a reputed engineering college or university
MBA degree is highly desirable
15-25 years of total work experience in reputed organisations
Should be well versed with the Foundry (low pressure die casting/ gravity casting) and Machining Processes and adherence to the same.
Excellent Understanding of the Quality / Systems and Man Management
Experience of working in automobile/auto component industry pertaining Foundry and Machining in highly process oriented organisations
Job Role:
The person will be responsible for successfully & timely implementation of Die casting Shop, Machining Division.
Successfully running of Export unit.
Taking care of development & execution of Cylinder block Business
Responsible for rejection control, minimise rejections reworks
Planning Machine Layout project scheduling, shifting of machines and the layout for utilities & logistics development.
Producing Pilot lot modification & counters measure implementation.
Timely Execution and Quality output.
