LOCATION : USA – East Coast -2, West Coast – 2, Mid West - 1

REPORTING TO : Sr. Vice President & General Manager - Americas

EXPERIENCE : > 12 Years

EDUCATION : MBA

BROAD RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Generate revenue for Manthan’s portfolio of Analytic Products

- Identify, develop and qualify sales opportunities with the sole focus of meeting revenue targets in a timely, reliable and consistent manner

- Manage the entire Sales life cycle from lead generation to closure. This would include the following:-

- Prospect development

- Understanding business and technology scenario/needs

- Identifying and qualifying opportunities

- Product demonstrations

- Preparation of proposals

- Final negotiation and closure

- Will assist the Americas Sr. Vice President & General Manager in architecting and implementing strategies for business development and will have complete responsibility inclusive of customer/sector identification, strategy and account management for the region

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE FOR THE ROLE:

- Possess experience in selling retail technologies and analytic products

- Experience in engaging with C-level executives in IT, Marketing, Merchandizing

- Managed large complex sales cycles with deal size upwards of $ 1.0 m

- Possess demonstrated capability of building strong relationships with C-level executives

- Possess deep understanding, insights and relationships in the Retail Industry

- Experience of working with geographically diverse/distributed teams
