Objective :

As a Sales Personnel you will have to develop new customer base across the target markets (Export and Domestic) and manage the Key Accounts on the New Media services front. Prepare Business plans & strategies to achieve the organizational objectives on the growth of the New Media Services function.

Duties and Responsibilities :

- Candidate will be responsible for heading the Gaming/ Mobile Apps, Web, Interactive, 2D/3D and other New Media services Sales across the export and domestic market.

- The key role will be Lead generation, heading the tele-calling team for qualifying the leads and follow ups, negotiation and closure on New Media services sales

- He/She will be responsible to manage the Key Accounts on the New Media services front

- Managing the Gaming and Mobile Apps Service portfolio, justifying new developments, determining and documenting new product requirements, developing sales forecasts and product pricing, and launching new services to the marketplace.

- Monitor, review and report on all sales & marketing activity and results to Management.

- Develop pricing strategies, balancing MDS objectives and customer satisfaction.

- Coordinate with Product development team for Market Research.

- Ability to leverage existing customer and partner relationships, Strategic Communications and Media lines of business to increase revenue and penetrate into new markets.

- Ability to analyze initial Request for Proposals (RFPs), produce a high level summary and quickly provide a snapshot on the proposal requirements to the technical team.

- Aggressively achieving and exceeding sales target.

- Preparing action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.

- Attend Domestic and International Trade fairs.

- Adheres to all company policies, procedures, business ethics & core values.

Job Specifications :

- 5+ years of experience as a Sales personnel preferably in the Gaming/ Mobile Apps, Web, Interactive, 2D/3D and other New Media services Sales

- Sound knowledge of the IT services and experience of having worked in the IT Services industry

- Should possess excellent Decision-making and Team leadership qualities.

- Ability to plan and successfully implement Sales and Marketing strategies.

- Should possess good PR skills for Accounts Handling and Relationship Building.

- Ability to identify and develop new markets.

- Ability to qualify leads, lead and motivate team to achieve targets.

- Qualified candidate needs to possess excellent skills in oral, presentation, and written communication, handle various challenges with an ability to solve them and thus possess ability to think outside of the box within a dynamic and fast paced work environment.

Qualification/ Preferred Knowledge :

- Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification but with a proven deep technical exposure.

- Deep understanding of the IT Services industry and prior experience in sales.
