Job Purpose:  - What is the main purpose or objective of the job; and what will it contribute to the overall business of the company.  - The ideal candidate will be required to assist their assigned Project Manager in coordinating all contractual requirements assisting the assigned Project Manager in the project planning, management of resources and exam centers, successful and timely execution/delivery of the project, client management and financial outcome of assigned projects.  Work Relations:  - Main interfaces- with whom do you have regular contact in carrying out your duties (whom do you report to do you have interface within and outside the organization?)  - Internal interface: Channel, Operations, IT infrastructure, ET, MADE and F&A   - External interface: Exam centers, resource, client.  Critical Accountabilities:  List the critical accountabilities that must be achieved in order that the job purpose is fulfilled.  - Understanding the scope of the project and closely working with the client/s to prepare project plan in its entirety  - Will be responsible for operationalizing the Key account requirements  - Closure of issues raised by Clients and first level escalations  - Plan, review and prepare for events  - Resource and volunteer/infra allocations as per plan  - Getting the approval from the client after Venue identification and certifications  - Selection of coordinators for the events based on requirements  - Training of coordinators on processes through mock drills and provide feedback  - Timely MIS and report generation and presentation  - Ensure delivery through cost optimization  - Ensure timely replacement of coordinators  - Develop 2nd line executives to take more responsibilities  - Discipline in office timings and financial transactions  - Team player to get the work done from support functions departments  - Maintaining the process Assets and offer timely referrals  - Ensuring the completion of reverse logistics  Key Success Factor:  How is the success in the position measured?  - Flawless execution of events with no compromise on quality  - Client satisfaction/customer management  - Cost control within budgeted values  - Obtaining project closure sign off from clients  - Turnaround Time as per the client specs  Major Challenges:  Describe the major challenges the position will face in carrying out the job.   - Complete coordination with internal departments and the resources during exams delivery  - Infrastructural challenges like, LAN, Power back up, internet connectivity, systems, and college staff  - Monitoring and controlling the resources for timely delivery  - Delivery within short span  - Sustaining Client relationships  Skills,Knowledge & Competencies:  - What are the minimum entry level requirements for the job?  Qualification and Experience:  - Graduate in the relevant field (BE/B.tech-IT,BCA, MCA, B.Sc (IT))  - More than 3 years of relevant experience with a proven history of executing events for client  - Project scheduling experience (certification on Project management (CAPM) is desirable but not essential)  - Well versed with MS-word, excel and Power point  Knowledge & Skills:  - Good communication skills with High energy levels.  - Should be strong in analytics.
