Position title - Managing Consultant

Location - Mumbai

Department - Strategy & Research - Consulting

Coordinates with - Reports to Associate Director

The person we are looking for:

- Experience within Retail and Consumer Products consulting.

- Develop, maintain and relations with CEOs and CXOs establish business

- Identifying client strategic solutions to the client, developing proposals issues, in proposing and in delivering consulting engagements

- Play an active role in verticals that the Strategy sub-SBU is aligned to selected industry

- Work with the entry and cross border work with the global international network in market network

- Manage and coach the performance to the next level team to take the Help with practice development and thought leadership for the practice management, knowledge

Behavioral Competencies

- Ability to work closely with client and top management teams of clients

- Leadership in motivating the team to grow rapidly over the next 2 years

- Gravitas and ability to connect with senior clients in the CxO suite

- Excellent communication & influencing skills

- Good networks in the CxO community, or an aspiration to have these

- Location based in Mumbai

Formal Qualifications / Prior Work Ex

- 6-11 yrs work exp, MBA Premier institute ( IIM /ISB)

- Should have worked with a Strategy Consulting firm within India or internationally or with another big 4 consulting firm with a Strategic background. Should be interested in growing the practice, and having capability and poise to rise quickly a Partner position within the firm. Should be able to bring over some relationships and industry market knowledge.
