Job Description:-

- Implementation of high standard of display consistent with the company’s goals and objective.

- Adopting visual display plans by evaluating floor space and floor plans; analyzing customer flow; developing flow strategies; designing, selecting, and laying-out themes, colors, and props; establishing display standards.

- Adopting window execution in the region coordinating with vendors and getting timely execution

- Brainstorming on different ideas to reduce down the visual and or window change over cost.

- Procurement and sourcing of new material and printing methods.

- Space valuation of stores by optimizing the plannogram, mannequin and merchandise display by determining space on hire in the store. Based on the evaluation should be able to replicate the Concept and prototype windows and displays.

- Responsible for consistent VM brand standards for existing and new store launches. Periodical show window display and focal points to increase the footfalls in sales & responsible for budget, layout, plannograms,signage, and monthly event calendar for respective zone.

- Execute regular shop visits (average once a week- and a daily communication with the Shop Merchandisers and Head VM and Regional Manager.

- Ensure execution of daily replenishment of the shops (tables, racks, shelves- by taking care of balance of sizes and products/styles.

- Ensure a regular and fast movement of goods within the shops according to sales reports (top- and bottom seller – A, B and C-area- and merchandising guidelines.

- Ensure windows, mannequins and walls are kept at a high level of merchandising in regards to visual and commercial aspects.

- Keep updated on trends/fashion/products by using all public media and visiting competitors on a monthly basis.

- Follow-up on merchandising guidelines and give feedback to the Head – VM and your Regional Manager, suggest improvements.

- Evaluate inventory and furnishings

- Follow-up on sales reports and take action on a daily/weekly basis.

- Support In Store Visual Merchandisers and develop their ability to optimize the merchandising.

- Develop and train the In-store Visual Merchandisers, on merchandising standards, space planning and store layout and other visual merchandising techniques.
