Job Title : VMQA Manager  Region/ Market/ Country : India  Location : Delhi (Delhi Branch)  Business/ Function : Professional  Department : Trade Asset - Operations  Reporting to : Trade Asset Optimization Manager  Size of the team : Individual Contributor (Manages external resources : BMB Associate and VMQA Agency)  Size of the Business led or supported if applicable : N.A.  Qualification Required : Graduate (Electrical Degree / Diploma Preferred)  Experience Required :   - Trade Asset / Vending Operations  - Technical / Customer Service Management  - Quality Management in Vending Machines  - Techno Commercial   - Distributor / Franchisee Management  - Full time or Part time Full Time  Business/ Function Brief : Ensure End-Cup Quality dispensed from each machine  Deliver Outstanding Service to the Customers  Maintain Full Control on Trade Assets  Job Responsibility :  - Implement and sustain field Quality Management Guidelines  - LeadGPA Assessment and Q.A Review with the Branch Sales Team and implement appropriate Corrective Actions  - Implement Trade Asset Management Guidelines in the Branch  - Accounting of all Trade Assets allocated to Branch   - Plan and facilitate execution of Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of all Trade Assets  - Ensure execution of relevant Trade Asset Contracts to safeguard Nestle Professional capitalized Assets.  - Trade Asset destructions are planned and executed as per Nestl- Accounting Principles and Global Trade Asset Best Practices  - Supervise the 3rd Party Service Provider to adhere to Nestl- Standard Operating Procedures  - Review and drive the 3rd Party Service Provider to achieve their KPIs.  Functional Understanding / Skills :  - Experience in implementation of Food Safety and Quality Guidelines  - Technical Service Management(Vending Machines or Cons. Durables)  - Customer Service Management  - Process orientation - Creation and implementation  - Performance Management on defined SLAs  - Communication & negotiation  - Conversant with MS Office  - Understanding of FMCG Sales and Distribution Systems
