Manager VAS
Position Summary:
The position is responsible for driving consumer segment growth and VAS preference by ensuring that consumers in the target segment find VAS offer the most attractive proposition in the market.
Job Description:
VAS Segment Manager is fully responsible for the targets set for segment:
- Healthy Gross Additions
- VAS Segment Market Share
- VAS Segment ARPU
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop objectives, strategies and tactics to build and maintain highly competitive VAS offerings for dedicated segment in order to achieve targeted customer market share, VAS Revenue and customer satisfaction within the segment
- Develop, launch and follow up Different VAS product propositions and programs related to specific defined/ selected segment.
- Active participation in creating the VAS market strategy and the tools to achieve strategic goals and targets
- Share experience and be the gravity for VAS segment knowledge at the Circle
Education: MBA
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in VAS marketing (Telecom) out of which at least 1-2 years should be with a GSM operator handling prepaid acquisition, youth segment marketing. Should have handled creation of VAS product propositions / launching VAS promotions & packs
