Job Description:

Due to our continuous growth, we are seeking a Valuation Manager to take a leadership role in our firm. The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of planning, managing and executing engagements, including data gathering, research, financial analysis, financial modeling, complex valuations, auditors responses and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials. The candidate will also be responsible for supervising and developing junior team members as well as providing business development assistance and preparing/documenting work done by him and/or his team.

We are looking for valuation professionals providing valuation services as a client deliverable with complex modeling skills as a must. Candidate should have at least 5+ years of prior valuation experience, as well as combination of experience in the following areas:

- Monte carlo simulation

- Consulting & advisory

- Valuation

Qualifications and requirements:

- Experience within the valuation group

- MBA in Finance from reputed university

- Certifications such CFA is preferred

- Sound analytical skill

- Be innovative, attention to details, ability to learn and adapt.

- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
