Manager - Property Valuation & Due Deligence

- Review and evaluation of technically relevant information and documentation

- Completion of technical property inspections by qualified staff

- Description and monetary valuation of identified defects on-site and the necessary measures to correct them

- Managing a team of surveyors in the region

- Checking and validating the information collected by the surveyors

- Approving project monitoring reports

- Collecting and updating Developer information in the system

- Developing a keen insight on Real Estate market of the region by regular visits to the project site

- Conducting audits on reports of other regions and maintaining records

- Collecting information on the upcoming real estate projects in the region

- Providing Regular training to the team
