Responsible for overall Project Management role :

Overall management and monitoring of the project site.

- Planning of Projects and analysis of the current activities of the project.

- Review of contracts documents and technical specifications.

- Checking of Design

- Rate Analysis for various items.

- Review and monitor the progress of projects physically and financially

- Review of Project design documents

- Review of project management mechanisms

- Preparation of reports on Quality assurance systems and project quality
