Job Description

Purpose of this job:

Managing, strategic planning, sourcing & procurement for Trim for all brands of our Client.

Responsible for procuring all kind of Trims - Negotiation, synergizing inputs for the economy of scale buying.

Also responsible for Product development & conceptualization.

Managing team to deliver the overall Trim range procurement & desired company's results.

In process of Knits sourcing Man Management Coordination with Internal & external customers at all levels team .( Design , Merchandising, Finance, Quality, Business sales and marketing and suppliers )

Develop new supplier base Mange, Maintaining & Improving the existing supplier base output.

Getting the work output as Set process and develop new process adopt new practices by anticipating new challenges.

Set up systems for evaluation of vendor performance.

Identifying market trends for proactive sourcing, through research and survey of competitors & Partnering with design & product development team to understand product requirements, specification & range planning.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Sourcing required quantity of Trim.

Preparing Time & Action calendar (TNA) and Monitoring Bulk-production of Fabrics & Garments with all vendors & final Price Negotiation.

Timely payment of Suppliers and account reconciliation at season end.

Order Consolidation and Distribution (Quantity Allocation) as per capacity of suppliers.

Evaluation of supplier performance based on quality, cost, timely delivery, innovation also develop & introduce new innovative products to capture the market.
