A good pedigree professional handling Logistics, Supply Chain & Warehouse Operations of leading eCommerce Company worth 300 Million $.  - Candidates will be preferred from E commerce / Retail.  - He will be reporting to Head Logistics  Major Responsibilities includes:  - Is responsible for the Logistics Hub, Logistics through Surface, Air & Train, Franchise development, Analysis of RTO & Returns.   - Planning for smooth functioning of Inbound and Outbound logistics.  - Training & implementation of the Hub SLA. To maintain the TAT of Order moments in Hub  - On boarding new co loaders ( Air / Surface / Train ) .  - Negotiating with the co loaders with market trend in mind. Strategically planning to avoid the offloading of the loads by the Co loaders.  - Designing and deploying of intercity vehicles.  - Successfully designing and implementing the process designed.  - Vendor and Third Party Managements.  - Tracking and review the third party.  - Strategically effecting cost controls methods in operations to improve the profitability.  - Management of performance and capabilities.  - Optimizing transportation cost, Controlling & planning of Fleets and Dispatches.  - Negotiating with transporters regarding freights & truck arrangements, Continuous survey of market regarding freight and availability of trucks.  - Ensure all the Orders reach the destination in the prescribed time frame .  - Monitoring the RTO orders percentage.  - Monitoring the quality check of the return orders.  Interested candidates can call on 9560500894
