- 5+ years in BPO/KPO Transitions with a combination of Customer Service operations in healthcare domain.
- Strong program management skills with PMP trained / Certified
- Understanding of various transition phases from Contracting to Steady State operations
- Responding to RFI- s, RFP and understanding of sales cycle preferred
