This opportunity is with a globally recognized nonprofit, non government, an award-winning organisation
established to tackle one of India's most serious epidemics: the dramatic escalation of road accident
deaths in India.

Currently this organisation advocating for a comprehensive National Road Safety law for India including a supportive legal environment for bystanders to come forward and assist injured victims without fear of danger, harassment & intimidation.

The organization is looking to scale up its on-ground and advocacy efforts at this juncture & is looking
at individuals with an entrepreneurial ability and passion towards their work.

Position:

Manager - Training & On- ground programs to manage organisation's on ground programs focused on saving accident victims as well as training high risk driver groups on latest accident prevention techniques.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Plan, coordinate and implement high quality training programs on Basic Emergency care and Accident Prevention & Anticipatory Driving for police first res ponder's, high-risk driver groups and other target audiences across India.

- Manage a team of trainers who can be engaged on full/part-time basis to conduct training programs and ensure least attrition rate of the team.

- Drive development of new content, measurement and evaluation of training programs to ensure maximum impact.

- Ensure sustainability of programs and manage relationships with clients, program stakeholders such as hospitals, police departments, companies on a regular basis.

- Carry other related duties as assigned.

Skills & Experience:

- Graduate degree in any field from a known institution.

- Demonstrated excellent training and presentation skills in his current or previous work. Demonstrated ability to work with diverse groups of people.

- Prior experience in supervisory or leadership role is necessary.

- Prior experience in non-profits is preferred.

- Instructor certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) protocol or prior training experience in BLS is preferred but not necessary.

- Excellent communications (both written and oral) skills in Hindi is necessary. Excellent MS office skills.

- Strong ability to work independently and willingness to learn.

- A firm commitment to the objectives of the organisation.
