A leading Digital Education Organization is looking for Manager- Training
Job Responsibilities :
- Ensuring high quality training delivery in the Sales, Leadership, Communication, Soft skills & other Behavioural Training programmes
- Content development/ Quality Check.
- Trainer Development
- Skill development of the Trainers/ Sr. Trainers
- Coaching and Mentoring of the trainers in the domain
- Implementing periodic and regular refresher training for the Trainers
- Publish Training Calendar
- Organizing training logistics
- Generate & publish Training related MIS. Updating Training MIS into the HRMS.
Skills & Preferences :
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Training Management skills
- Ability to connect through words
- Pleasant personality
- Candidate should have min 5+ years of experience in Training and atleast 2 years of team handling experience
Salary offered: 9 - 11 LPA
