Manager - Training & Development - Hospitality

One of our Client in Leisure & Hospitality management is looking for manager-Training & development in Mumbai

Exp: 7 yrs +

- Head the Training Team for western Region

- Focusing on employee's development though Individual training & development plans.

- Directly responsible for content development on Sales, Soft Skills, Developmental and Process Management trainings

- Publishing monthly training calendars and training dashboards across the zone for various branches/states .

- Coaching, training & monitoring the performance of team members through periodic evaluations and OJT (On Job Training)
