About our Client - Our client is a renowned global player in the consumer durables sector. They have a diverse portfolio of products and are recognized as pioneers in this industry. They are looking to recruit an established HR Senior Manager Training & Development to lead their training and talent management initiatives in India.

Job Description - Reporting to the Associate Director HR you will be responsible for Identifying training needs and communicating needs and plan to fill the gaps to individuals, manager and division heads.

- Creating customized content for behavioral training programs as per training need analysis within defined time frame

- Support in devising development strategy to build the right leadership capabilities across levels.

- Conduct programs (self created and created by other team members/ external vendors) for identified target group of employees.

- Creating post training effectiveness check tools and implement the same for trainings conducted by self.

The Successful Candidate - Ideally, you come with 10 to 12 years of post-graduation experience in a training profile in consumer durables sector. Graduate/Post graduation in HR/MA Psychology would be preferred. You should be a robust and versatile HR professional with good interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills along with the ability to influence senior stakeholders are a must.
