Robotics and Process Automation Manager / Trainer / Master Architect

Job Description:

Client is looking to establish & build the foundation of a dedicated team for robotics process automation within its captive centre in Chennai & Bengaluru. The focus is to develop a long term association with internal clients for whom they manage and provide increasingly specialized support such as banking operations, finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, help desk services and HR. The service centre not only maintain key business functions for the group, they constantly seek to improve them to help group move ahead of the competition.

They are looking for critical resources to build the capability of the team within the Robotics Process Automation - Consulting & Development team and significantly count on the candidate's experience, knowledge, and leadership skills.

Job Role :

- Help to simplify and improve their operations by developing business cases, analyzing clients as-is processes and create end-to-end automation solution blueprints

- In doing so, you will bring your expert knowledge of Automation/Minibots deployments to bear as you facilitate client workshops, document business requirements and develop them into a business case and solution design

- As part of this, you will act as customers- key contact and guide them through the analysis process and become their trusted advisor on process automation.

- You will be responsible for meeting all quality, deadline, and budget requirements as part of deploying resources and managing a team of global architects.

- In addition you will participate in the development of new offerings and innovation in the automation space

Job Requirements:

- Training & Build capability in RPA Process Analysis / Requirement gathering skills

- Experience in architecting and deploying automation tools (e.g. OpenSpan, Fusion, BluePrism, Amelia, AutomationAnywhere- )

- Ideally, Technology Architect experience and/or certification as Technology Architect

- Strengths in communicating with individuals up to the senior management level

- Fluent English - additional languages are a bonus

- Very good analytical skills
