Manager - Technical - Presales/RFP/Solution Design

This company is a neutral, not-for-profit organisation that facilitates collaboration amongst trading partners and technology providers, in order to solve together business challenges that leverage standards and to ensure safety, efficiency and visibility along the entire value chain. Headquartered at Brussels, serving over 150 countries.

For more than 30 years, it has been dedicated towards design and implementation of global standards used in Supply Chain Management.

Position : Manager Technical - Delhi

Exp:8-10 yrs.

Job Description:

- Study & understand business processes including supply chain processes across sectors and enumerate pain areas

- Engage client independently for adoption of standards in supply chain process.

- Engage solutions providers to include global standards as part of their supply chain solutions

- Should possess pre-sales, solution architecting experience.

- Handling SRS and RFPs for development of software applications.

- Designing/development and successful deployment of software applications.

- Interact with software development companies for incorporating GS1 stds in their client's software applications

- Work with global teams involved in technologies and standards evaluation and development and contribute creatively to the same.

- Maintenance of IT applications/infrastructure.

- Assist clients to ensure proper implementation & use of proposed solution

- Exposure to ERP implementations would be an asset

- Exposure to Barcoding & RFID solutions would be an asset

Candidate profile

- Engineering Graduate from well known university/college

- Self-starter with ability to work independently

- Ability to think out of the box and conceptualize innovative & creative solutions

- Fast learner with ability & willingness to adapt to new technologies & changing business environment

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to interact at senior levels within Industry and the Govt
